to order a DNA test |
1. If you require a judicial report, the
necessary chain of custody in sample,
collection, storage and shipment must be
duly fulfilled. Qualified specialists directly from the donor
in question, must be the only ones to extract samples. At
the moment of sample collection the following must be presented:

valid passport or driver’s license, in the case
of adults, or recent photograph, if child.

A
Collection Certificate where it is
defined the chain of custody of the samples by means
of signature and ID document of the specialist in charge.

2. If you prefer an anonymous report, samples can
be collected from home or any other place and shipped to us
along with the analysis order form.
3. In order to maintain the highest degree
of confidentiality, all ours tests ensure absolute private
and confidential case management. As a norm, no results are
given by phone, email or fax. Reports are couriered in sealed
envelopes to the addressee in the order form.
